After 25+ years managing projects across the US for multiple builders, David Rosacker had a desire to do things differently. R+A was founded with the express purpose of putting control of the project back in the owner's hands. Â Our team provides you with the expertise and knowledge, and you make the decisions. Â We do not believe in profiting at the owner's expense and work hard to keep your project on schedule and on budget.
